I have received the wrong item, what should i do?

If you have received an incorrect item, contact hi@roughchild.net where an advisor will be happy to help.

Has my order been shipped?

When your order leaves our UK warehouse you will receive an email from us with shipment details.

What currencies do you accept?

We accept all currencies but this will be converted in to GBP

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and AMEX

What are your returns returns & exchanges policy?

We offer a 30 day ‘from date of purchase’ exchange/return policy.

The item(s) must be in the exact condition as received, unwashed, unworn and in its original condition complete with tags and packaging. If it does not meet these criteria this policy will not apply.

Roughchild is not responsible for any return shipping costs.

Sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless items are returned within 7 days of receipt.

Please note "Discounted" items where a code was applied at checkout are eligible for a refund or exchange within the 30-day return period.

Customs, Duty & Tax

All packages imported to your country may be subject to customs, taxes or other fees. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Please contact your country's customs office prior to purchasing for respective charges and rates on packages coming from outside of your country.
